Growth Consultant, Paid Social
We're looking for a forward-thinking Growth Consultant to join our Paid Social team and build the future of social media marketing with us.

What we're looking for
- 💜Business-driven thinking and a willingness to work with different stakeholders on the client side.
- 💜Around two years of experience in social advertising and client work.
- 💜An interest in the technical side of the platforms, in creative ideation and testing, and in automation and innovative implementations.
- 💜An interest in measuring results and in how they interact with other advertising channels.
- 💜Enthusiasm for the future of social media marketing and a desire to shape where it goes.
- 💜Use of AI tools in your own work and a strong interest in agentic ways of working: you want to learn how AI agents make an expert's work and a client's results better.
- 💜An independent, goal-oriented way of working combined with a desire to collaborate closely with clients and colleagues.
- 💜Fluent Finnish and English.
We also appreciate
Experience in or curiosity about any of these: analytics, data visualisation, AI solutions, search advertising, search engine optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Recruitment process
Background review & first meeting
We start by getting to know each other. We'll go through Intentio's story, the requirements of the role, and your previous experience, career goals and expectations. (~1h)
Competency assessment
You'll complete an independent case assignment that reflects the core tasks of the role. We'll go through it together in discussion to assess your skill level relative to our team. (~2–3h)
Reference check
We'll ask you to provide references to support our recruitment team's final decision-making.
Meet your future team
This meeting gives you a chance to get to know your future colleagues, and our team a chance to confirm the fit. Often arranged as an informal lunch or after-work event. (~1h)
