Diversity matters to us
We believe in a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone is welcome regardless of background. We encourage everyone to apply — regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or other factors. What matters most to us is you as a person and your passion for data-driven marketing.
What the work involves
Role objectives
- •You secure client satisfaction and the continuity of client relationships by taking creative technical ideas into practice.
- •You strengthen Intentio's competitive edge in combining data and producing insight that leads to action.
- •You make the team's work more effective with scalable solutions the whole team can adopt.
- •You produce data-driven insight that guides strategic collaboration and speaks to the client's leadership.
Key responsibilities
Unified reporting
You develop standardised reporting models and strengthen Intentio's analytics, such as our MMM expertise and other modelling projects.
Scalable data solutions
You build and develop client databases, data pipelines and analytics workflows that can be deployed across multiple client relationships. You develop Intentio's own data integration tools and put concrete AI applications to work to improve results.
AI workflows and automation
You bring AI solutions (e.g. LLM applications) into our processes, from automated dashboards to marketing platform APIs. You share best practices and act as the team's hands-on AI expert.
Project-based analytics
You carry out analytics projects (e.g. GA4 and GTM implementations) and solve clients' data questions together with our other specialists and client teams.
How you spend your time
Around 60% of your time is billable client work, and around 40% goes to developing our data expertise and supporting the team. You take part in delivering the data roadmap and in prioritising what to develop, together with the Head of Data & Insights.
Examples of focus areas
- •Data integration and dashboards: you combine data from marketing platforms, product feeds, analytics tools and e-commerce systems in BigQuery, for example, and refine it into insight together with colleagues.
- •Brand performance: you build analysis models for tracking brand metrics and benchmarking competitors by region and other segments.
- •Keyword research and market trends: you develop scalable keyword research workflows and spot emerging topics as new business and marketing opportunities.
- •AI-powered marketing workflows: you implement intelligent alerts and recommendations for key marketing platforms and move them towards automated actions.
